SLA (Service Level Egreement)
When concluding service contracts, all work is subject to pre-agreed SLA standards and deadlines.
Warranty Repair. Direct contracts with manufacturers allow SystemGroup Kazakhstan to perform warranty repairs of equipment.
Non-warranty Repair. We restore equipment after the warranty period expires or in case of non-warranty breakdown.
Service Maintenance. An SLA contract with a partner simplifies maintenance, repair and cost planning.
Installation. We install equipment at the operating site and connect it to other systems.
Configuration. The service includes configuring software and equipment for the client's business processes.
Commissioning. Includes a set of work to prepare equipment for operation in working mode.
